Returns & Refunds policy

Cancellations:
• I gladly accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
• After 2 hours, your order may already be in progress or shipped, so cancellations may not be possible.
• For digital files, once a proof or final file has been sent, cancellations are no longer eligible.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of my items, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

BUT!
Your happiness matters to me. If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping, a mistake in personalization, or a missing item—please contact me within 5 days of delivery and I will do everything I can to make it right.

Digital Downloads:
• All digital items are non-refundable once the files are sent.
